Tonopah Speedway Minor Release Form

Children 17 and younger must have a signed Parental/Guardian Consent, Release Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement prior to entering the pit area. Anyone bringing children into the pits and signing the above-mentioned form is accepting responsibility for them.

Please fill out and sign the form prior to arriving at Tonopah Speedway. All forms can be turned in to the pit gate attendant at time of arrival.
